Liability Waiver

Thank you for signing up for our workshop or event (Workshop)! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as your participation in the Workshop is contingent upon your agreement to these terms.

1. Assumption of Risk By signing up for this workshop, you acknowledge that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to minor injuries, allergies, or reactions to materials used during the workshop. You agree to assume all risks and hold harmless Petals & Potager LLC from any liability arising from your participation.

2. Personal Responsibility You are responsible for your personal health and safety during the workshop. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to materials (such as but not limited to flowers, herbs, or tea), it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before the class.

3. Workshop Materials All materials provided during the Workshop are for personal use only. Participants are responsible for the care and handling of these materials.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to grow@petalsandpotager.com at least 72 hours before the workshop start time to qualify for a credit.

• If a cancellation notice is not received within 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

5. Photography Release By attending, you consent to photography or video recording during the Workshop. Images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

By registering for this Workshop, you confirm that you have read and understood the waiver and cancellation policy. Your registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.
